Ah, the Ozarks in winter! You never quite know what you're going to see when you look out your back door. This is the view from inside the house, almost due west, after one of our January snowfalls. When I went out later to fill the feeders, the snow went over my boottops -- and my boots are knee-high.... We've gotten off lightly the last few years, though, so I shouldn't complain. How do you like that icicle, by the way?
