The Super-Secret Recipe File: Kyth's seafood pasta

1 pound pasta, any variety       1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
1 large onion, chopped       1 pound imitation crab meat, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped       4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder       1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Prepare the pasta according to directions on box. Drain. Meanwhile, heat the butter or olive oil in a large pan. Add the onion and sauté until transparent. Add the imitation crab meat, tomato and cream cheese and cook over medium heat until cream cheese is melted. Add the garlic, basil, and oregano and stir well. Serve over the pasta.
