2 tablespoons olive oil | 1 large onion, chopped | |
3 cloves garlic, chopped | 3 large tomatoes, chopped | |
2 medium banana peppers, chopped | 1 cup white wine | |
1 teaspoon dried basil | 1 teaspoon dried oregano | |
1/4 cup black olives, chopped |
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
