Marinade:
1 cup Sake | 1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari | |
1 T chopped or grated fresh ginger root | 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped | |
1 T dark brown sugar |
Mix all of this together and pour over salmon in a dish and let it marinate for 1 to 3 hours. Broil or grill it, but don't cook it for too long. I generally broil mine for about 14 or 15 minutes.
