|2 tablespoons olive oil||1 large onion, chopped|
|3 cloves garlic, chopped||3 large tomatoes, chopped|
|2 medium banana peppers, chopped||1 cup white wine|
|1 teaspoon dried basil||1 teaspoon dried oregano|
|1/4 cup black olives, chopped|
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
